Shipping & Delivery

How do you ship orders?
We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end address. You will see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.
How long does shipping take?
1. Fulfillment: It takes 1 to 3 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.
2. Shipping Time: Depending on the warehouse the chosen product comes from, we have warehouses in China end United Estates, from CN: 7 to 30 business days, and from the US: 1 to 6 business days depending on the distance between our warehouse to the end location delivery destination.
3. Delivery: Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it’s delivered to the end address.
Digital products are same-day delivery!
Do you provide tracking information?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Will I get my order in one shipment?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. See the final shipping costs in the order checkout.
Please be aware that any order can, however, take more than 20 business days to arrive, depending on many factors, such as holidays, products ordered, location, etc.
